Selborne Properties is a full service property management company serving the entire Bay Area with the goal of providing excellent service for property owners and tenants. Selborne Properties manages residential and commercial properties throughout the Bay Area with a particular focus on Alameda County and Contra Costa County in the East Bay. This includes but is not limited to Alameda, Oakland, Piedmont, Berkeley, Kensington, Albany, Emeryville, El Cerrito, San Pablo, Hayward, San Leandro, Castro Valley, Fremont, Moraga, Orinda, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and Concord.
application checklist and requirements
- Submit one fully completed and signed application for each adult (18 years and older).
- $40 non-refundable application fee for each adult applicant. The $40 application fee for each adult applicant is NON-refundable and is used to run a Credit Report for proper resident screening and application processing.
- Submit written confirmation of income – copies of two most recent pay stubs for each adult applicant.
- Provide the contact name of your previous landlord and your employer.
- Submit a copy of a valid photo ID for each adult 18 years old or older. Valid ID – a driver’s license, passport, etc.
- The application process usually takes 48-72 hours once Selborne Properties receives the application.
